What you need to know about Mr Price Home Delivery & Returns.
Furniture and large homeware items are delivered separately from homeware. Delivery will take between 5 - 7 working days. Zones are calculated by distance from the regional depots.

Please ensure that all building stair ways and Lifts are to be measured to ensure that furniture will fit. Please note our courier services will only deliver large furniture items to ground floor units, should you require anything above this the customer must liaise with the couriers to do so and sign proof of receipt/delivery prior to item/s being delivered to requested floor. The courier will counter-sign as acceptance of the customer's request to carry the items above ground floor.
If you aren't happy with your online purchase, you may return the products within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure you have a copy of your proof of purchase to facilitate the process. You can return items in the following ways:
Homeware items can be returned to your nearest Mr Price Home store (excluding furniture) at no cost to you.
Furniture and large homeware items can only be returned via courier and not to a store. Please note that if an item is not damaged or soiled and you choose to return these items, the courier charges will be deducted from your refund.
Log into your account and select the order you wish to track.
You will be able to see if your order has been received by Mr Price Home, shipped, arrived or ready for collection
We will also send you e-mails and/or sms's to advise you on the progress of your order.
